Hello and greetings from beautiful New Mexico. If you are viewing this site outside of New Mexico I would like to invite you to visit New Mexico and see for yourself why we call this the " Land of Enchantment". If you live here, you already know. Whether you live in New Mexico or elsewhere, thank you for viewing our web site. I hope you will find it full of information that will let you know how wonderful our state is and how healthy our Real Estate market is. I came to New Mexico from the Central Coast of California in 1969 to play football at the University of New Mexico. After college I spent 18 years in the restaurant business in New Mexico and Texas. After leaving the food industry I spent 12 years in the Life Insurance business as a recruiter, agent and administrator. In the years since college I have moved from New Mexico 4 times but could not stay away and returned for the final time in 1994. I acquired my first Real Estate License in 1978 while in the restaurant business more as a hobby than a career. I gave up my license when I moved from New Mexico and in 2005 I got relicensed and am now working full time in my new career. People have different opinions on how a real estate salesperson should represent their client, but honesty and integrity should go without saying. I am a firm believer in exceeding expectations and enhancing your quality of life. To me being a REALTOR means more than selling homes. It's all about you, your hopes and dreams. It's about a relationship built on trust, knowledge and expertise. You can be sure I will go the extra mile to give you the best possible experience when buying or selling real estate. Sincerely, Tom Walker
